PET REQUIREMENTS:

We must have current Vet Records on file. Vet Records should include vaccinations, city license, breed, and weight information specified to your pet. Pet fee must be paid prior to pet entering home.

Pets not listed on lease are not permitted in the building (no visiting pets).

Pets must be registered with PooPrints before entering apartment home.

Breed restrictions include: Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Malamutes, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, German Shepherds, Akitas, Great Danes, Wolf Hybrids, Bull Mastiffs, Siberian Huskies, Presa Canario, and any other aggressive breeds are prohibited. Mixes of
these breeds are not permitted. List is subject to change at management’s discretion.
